Cheap price. Value for money. Very excellent option if u just want to have a cheap sleeping place for the night. I booked a double single room during my travel from johor to up north. Much better than sleeping at the rnr parking lot. The hotel is in a shop lot so it is more than easy for you to buy food or finding 7eleven or KK Mart

The location is super strategic, next to Evo Mall, on top of Paparich restaurants and surrounded by shop lots and famous boutiques. Room is huge. Room is quite clean and looks like newly renovated. Sejadah is provided with kiblat direction. Aircond is new and works well.

OVERALL IS OK. -Girl staff so friendly upon my check in & Also friendly male staff upon my check out due i have to check out early.... By the way oveall is ok.
